In former lives, I was a corporate executive and "Big 4" accounting firm audit partner. In my current life, I work as a corporate director, entrepreneur, and adviser to other business owners.
Through Wayne Wilson & Company, I provide executive coaching and advisory services on growth-related issues to owner/CEOs of middle market companies, primarily companies in transition.
Owner/CEOs typically seek out our services when they begin to consider a liquidity event and realize that their companies' current business and financial performance do not support the exit valuations which they desire.
We work with owner/CEOs to:
* refine their strategies and business plans,
* align their organizations with the revised plans,
* measure progress and
* coach their teams as they execute the revised business plans.
In the later stages of transitions, we assists owner/CEOs in planning for and implementing public offerings, re-financings and other liquidity events.
Clients look to us to deliver objective and thoughtful analyses, ideas, and advice which will enable them to improve the business and financial performance, and ultimately the enterprise value, of their companies.

The 3/50 Project supports independent, locally owned businesses by inspiring consumer loyalty to the storefronts that directly fund their communities.
Think of three businesses you'd miss if they went away. Stop in. Say hello. Pick up a little something that makes you smile. That's what keeps them around, after all.
Pick 3. Spend 50. Save your local economy.

Mission:• To promote and strengthen brick and mortar businesses owned by people in the community
• To thank consumers for their patronage
• To expand local revenue streams by showing how a small dollar amount can translate into enormous financial stability
• To shine a light on the stark contrast between what a locally owned brick and mortar business contributes to the local economy and the paltry amount big boxes, franchises, chains, and internet purchases make
• To save the local economy...three stores at a timeProducts:***Note***
